We started in 2016 and have over 9 years of experience in international IT recruitment. We fill various IT roles, focusing on SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce. We offer flexible subscription and project-based recruitment models.

Our subscription service lets clients fill multiple roles for a fixed monthly fee. If we don’t provide three qualified candidates within a month, clients get their money back. We don’t charge candidates for our services.

Our team of 15 serves over 40 clients. Each month, we facilitate more than 300 technical interviews worldwide and achieve over 20 accepted offers. We recruit across many regions, including the USA, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Eastern Europe & Balkans, North America, Nearshore LATAM, Western & Northern Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Asia & Emerging Markets. We manage the entire recruitment process and communicate with candidates on behalf of clients.

Even on a subscription model, success fees may apply if a candidate we introduced during an active subscription is hired after it’s canceled. We aim to submit the first candidate within five days of contract signing.

Our main goal is to build strong teams that help our clients succeed. We believe recruitment should be affordable and want to remove the worry of hiring expensive candidates.
