β€’ Acquisition and managing of large & mid-market Education enterprise clients

β€’ Develop an excellent understanding of Easebuzz’s product suite and its USPs

β€’ Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients

β€’ Ability to reach out to CXOs and senior leaders in the Finance / IT identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the Easebuzz product suite

β€’ Develop and work in collaboration with Channel Partners for generating new opportunities.

β€’ Understand the market and produce the USP’s of the in-house products that are developed.

β€’ Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.

β€’ Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners.

β€’ Strong Interpersonal skills, long term dedication in the Business Development for the company.

β€’ Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy

β€’ Develop a relationship with an existing set of clients.

β€’ Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention

β€’ analyse data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.

β€’ Increase sales of the Company’s products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.

β€’ Analysed sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results. What we are looking for?
