Minimum Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent professional experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Effective communication and collaboration skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about security
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Splunk Administration
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The below ideal core competencies and experience should align candidates for success in the NS2 Environments:
o聽聽聽 Windows and Linux operating system administration
o聽聽聽 Hardware, software, and network-level troubleshooting
o聽聽聽 Automation via infrastructure as Code (IaC), e.g. Terraform, Ansible, etc.
o聽聽聽 Programming/scripting experience e.g.: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Golang, C, JS, SQL, etc.
o聽聽聽 Log management and parsing strategies
o聽聽聽 CI/CD pipeline experience e.g.: Jenkins, Concourse, Github Actions, etc.
o聽聽聽 Cloud Platforms, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP
o聽聽聽 Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations such as NIST 800-171 or 800-53
Relevant certifications :
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Splunk Architect certification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Splunk Administrator certification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Red Hat Enterprise Linux certifications, such as RHCSE or RHCSA
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) certifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior DoD or FedRAMP experience
