Job description
Responsible for training of products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem solving and other related functions.
Maintain customer relationships; provide technical support, including remote guidance, on-site solution of after-sales problems and needs, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously follow up the use of products to improve customers’ product usage.
Provide technical support for the promotion of new products. For example, demonstrate new product functions, build demonstration platform, and assist sales engineers to carry out technical communication with customers.
Responsible for the output of technical documents, including configuration scheme, implementation scheme, trouble-shooting manual, etc.
Continuously follow up the quality performance of products and put forward suggestions for technical improvements.
Support pre-sales team for service sales.
Electrical Engineering or Associates in Electronics with applicable experience Minimum 3 years in a technical HW/SW related with Solar System.
Having knowledge and experience about SPP and Power electronics
Fluent in English and Turkish
Being self-motivated and self-organized. Open mindedness and strong interpersonal skills.
No restriction for intensive travelling (both domestic & abroad)
Having a valid driving license
Completed military service for male applicants.
Good knowledge MS Office, AutoCAD
