The team:

Sitting at the intersection of strategy, systems, data, and process, Revenue Operations (RevOps) at Jobber ensures our go-to-market engine runs with precision. RevOps aligns Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable better customer experiences and drive predictable, scalable growth.

The role:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will have a primary mission is to maximize the effectiveness of our frontline sales managers by taking ownership of critical administrative and operational tasks. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure our systems are clean, our data is compliant, and our processes are optimized — allowing our managers to focus on what they do best: coaching and leading high-performing teams.

This role will have a high impact on team efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and ultimately, revenue performance.

The Revenue Operations Specialist will manage:

  • Sales Operations Support

    • Monitor and manage inbound support requests from the sales team via the #sales channel, ensuring timely triage and resolution

    Serve as a central point of coordination for sales admin needs, escalating where necessary

  • Data Quality & Compliance

    • Maintain Salesforce data integrity through consistent hygiene practices and audits
    • Own internal documentation updates related to sales processes, rules of engagement, and system workflows
    • Build and maintain audit processes to ensure high compliance across sales workflows
  • Process Automation & Optimization

    • Identify recurring manual tasks and recommend automation opportunities
    • Support implementation and maintenance of AI tools and process automations that streamline rep and manager workflows
  • Staffing and Scheduling Support

    • Assist in the planning and operational updates of staffing schedules, headcount planning, and capacity adjustments
  • Enablement & Reporting

    • Support team enablement by ensuring process documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
    • Partner with RevOps analysts to surface trends from compliance, channel activity, or staffing data to identify friction and optimization opportunities

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar GTM support function in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CRM hygiene best practices
  • A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, and Enablement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can simplify complex workflows and make documentation digestible
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve rapidly
  • Experience using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or similar platforms) is a strong asset

Compensation:

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $71,400, a midpoint of $84,000 and a maximum salary of $96,600, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
