About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Implementation Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of implementation managers and consultants, driving the implementation strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS software solutions. You will play a crucial role in achieving high customer satisfaction by effectively managing project risks, resource allocation, and providing strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role requires a strong background in enterprise software, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client interaction skills, along with proficiency in client engagement and managing complex integration projects. You will be working in US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST) and should be able to join within 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of implementation managers and consultants.
  • Drive the implementation strategy for SaaS product implementations.
  • Ensure successful delivery of software solutions, meeting project timelines and budget.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
  • Manage project risks, resource allocation, and provide strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations and provide project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to the implementation team in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain implementation best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the implementation process.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience in ETL/Integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with SaaS.
  • Expertise in integration.
  • Enterprise software background.
  • Experience handling global customers.
  • Must be from a Tech background.
  • Experience in a SaaS-based IT software development and cloud-based software company background.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex integration projects.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Additional Information

This is a remote position with a salary of up to 35 LPA. The role requires working in the US shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST). Candidates should be able to join within 30 days. Experience integrating Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics with advanced systems like NetSuite, Business Central, or F&O is a plus. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software integrations is also desirable. Expertise in managing multi-functional teams across global locations is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in presenting and aligning strategies with C-suite stakeholders is preferred. Proven experience in mitigating project risks and driving smooth transitions to support teams is essential. Knowledge of formulating proposals for new systems, procedures, or processes is beneficial. A background in acting as a liaison to resolve subsidiary management issues is also considered an asset. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and contributing to the success of our clients.
