Responsibilities
- Participate in setting up dashboards and reports to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies
- Participate in the production and review of accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders and the executive team
- Support for the Sales Events/exhibitions
- Support for Sales Operations of the sales team, including managing quote, invoice, cash collection, and expense
- Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
- Support teams for administrative tasks, such as controlling office supplies, liaising with service providers, maintaining company registration documents, handling incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, magazines, newspapers, assisting employees with travel arrangements, and other duties assigned by the Reporting Lines
