Introduction

You will be the number two at Zello in EMEA working closely with one of the company’s top performers in building our Go-To-Market strategy. This role will give you great insights and multiple possible career paths into Sales, Customer Success and/or Customer Support.

After a successful first year, you will

  • Be an expert on Zello and support customers with any inquiries or problems

  • Manage the full sales cycle for small and medium sized businesses

  • Confidently manage and grow several accounts

  • Prospect into key accounts

  • Know in which direction of customer facing role you want your career to evolve

What you’ll do

  • Managing Inbound leads and requests

  • Support responsibilities in your timezone

  • Account responsibilities to grow business

Who you are

  • First experiences in a customer facing role, e.g., as a Business Development Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales representative

  • Experience in managing an existing customer base, with a focus on consultative selling and revenue growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable telephone etiquette, and confident presentation skills in several languages

  • Highly self-driven and independent worker

  • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge
