About the opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative – LATAM to help support and scale Figment’s business development efforts in Latin America.

We’re looking for someone who can streamline our sales processes, ensure CRM and pipeline accuracy, and build reporting that drives smarter decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Head of LATAM Sales and interface cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, and Legal to help us win strategic deals across the region.

This is a full-time remote position. This role is unique because it combines ownership, visibility, and impact in a fast-growing region within one of the world’s top staking infrastructure providers. Ideal candidates are resourceful, organized, and fluent in the mechanics of enterprise sales.

How you will make an impact

  • Build and maintain weekly reports on funnel health, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively suggest improvements
  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews and investor-facing metrics
  • Support documentation workflows including NDAs, intake forms, and deal tracking
  • Help automate recurring sales workflows and internal communications
  • Track and monitor new leads from marketing and attribution sources
  • Partner with RevOps to align on reporting, dashboards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with legal and integrations teams on deal progression and post-close handoffs
  • Act as an operational right hand to the Head of LATAM

What you bring to the team

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM enablement
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards or operational reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple tasks at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
  • Analytical thinker who can turn data into actionable insights
  • High level of autonomy and ownership

Even better if you have

  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or crypto/Web3 company
  • SQL proficiency or comfort querying datasets
  • Understanding of B2B sales motions and deal desk processes

Teams you’ll collaborate with most often

In addition to collaborating with other LATAM Sales team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Global Revenue Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Product & Integrations teams.

Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for. Compensation for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.

  • We aim for the entire process to take around 2-4 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, that’s the time-frame you can expect.
