We are a no-code AI Agent builder for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. We help you create autonomous, high-converting lead workflows without needing engineering support. Our platform uses a hybrid approach, combining structured linear flows with native AI steps. It also includes an AI Copilot that guides you through building, testing, and optimizing bots while teaching best practices.

With Landbot 4, we introduced native AI building blocks, two-way integrations with automation platforms, and a modern chat UI. Our platform helps with various tasks like lead generation, customer support, product recommendations, marketing (converting traffic into qualified leads), sales (providing personalized quotes and booking meetings), support (resolving common issues with ²⁴⁄₇ AI help), and product (guiding new users through onboarding).

Our agents connect with OpenAI, Gemini, CRMs, automation tools like n8n and Zapier, and custom APIs for data exchange and action triggers. We allow visual customization of chat interfaces to ensure your brand’s look is consistent across channels like web and WhatsApp. We also provide built-in analytics to track, test, and optimize performance based on costs, response quality, and user behavior. Founded in 2017, we operate in the Software Development industry and serve over 12,000 users. Users can build agents by describing them, then building and launching, or by following a five-step process: build, design, share, analyze, and iterate.
