Hi! We’re LinkGraph, an SEO software company (and full-service digital agency) focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we’re looking to bring on a client focused SDR to help us propel our growth.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach, engaging with mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects across North America. You are a strong hunter who enjoys cold calling, emailing, and leveraging sales engagement tools to drive conversations and set high-quality meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Build and refine your own sales sequences using SalesLoft, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executive
  • Engage with decision-makers, demonstrating clear and confident communication on calls.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR
  • Proven outbound prospecting success, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and ability to build custom sequences.
  • Strong verbal communication skills—ability to sound clear, confident, and engaging on calls in English
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise B2B companies.
  • US-based and focused on outbounding exclusively in North America.

Salary & Benefits

  • OTE $35-45K USD
  • $1,600- $2,500 USD per month (depending on skills & experience) + up to $15K USD in commission
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day Paid Off
