Our client is a leading beauty brand known for its innovative, mineral-rich haircare line trusted by salons around the world. Their mission is to empower hairstylists and salon owners through premium products, education, and a supportive community. They are expanding their presence and need a high-performing SDR to connect with salons across North America.
Location and Time:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive outbound prospecting efforts by calling salon owners, booking qualified appointments, and gathering important business/client data. Youβll play a key role in fueling our sales pipeline and expanding our salon network.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to hair salons from a curated list of leads
Gather information on salon size, product preferences, and purchase behavior
Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up appointments
Send customized email follow-ups using CRM sequences
Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activity
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
1+ years of sales development or inside sales experience
CRM experience for pipeline and data management
Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills
What Success Looks Like:
High outbound call volume with strong conversion to qualified appointments
A clean, up-to-date CRM with well-documented activity
Positive feedback from the sales team and prospects
