What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Commercial segment (500–2,500 employees). This role is designed to be flexible across both inbound and outbound motions, enabling you to engage a wide range of prospects and help build high-quality pipeline for our sales organization.
Whether you’re following up on marketing-generated interest or reaching out to strategic accounts, you’ll play a key role in connecting the right buyers with the right solutions—and introducing them to the power of SentinelOne.
What will you do?
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound follow-up and targeted outbound outreach
Execute multi-touch prospecting using tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and Copilot
Partner with account executives to align on territory strategy, account prioritization, and messaging
Maintain accurate records of all activities and outcomes in Salesforce
Stay curious, iterate on your approach, and contribute to a culture of testing and learning
What skills and experience you should bring?
1+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage senior stakeholders across a range of industries
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and/or Copilot is a plus
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a bonus

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
Base Salary Range
$55,370—$70,000 USD
