In this role, you won’t be cold-calling. Instead, you’ll be handed a calendar full of potential leads and your mission will be to qualify them. Using a provided script, you’ll engage with prospects, understand their needs, and determine if they’re a good fit. Your success will be measured by your ability to hand off the most promising leads to our Sales team, setting them up for a successful close.

What You’ll Do

\* Pre-qualify leads by following a proven script and asking the right questions to determine if they meet our criteria.

\* Build rapport with prospects in a professional and friendly manner.

\* Schedule appointments for our Sales team, ensuring a smooth and effective handoff.

\* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.

\* Collaborate with the Sales team to continually refine our process and improve results.

What We’re Looking For

\* Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting or telemarketing.

\* Communication: You have exceptional communication skills and a courteous phone manner.

\* Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous with your notes and record-keeping, ensuring no detail is missed.

\* Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office Suite and a CRM system.

\* Independent & Adaptable: You can work independently and solve problems on the fly while also thriving as part of a team.

The Details

\* Compensation: You’ll earn $7 per hour plus commissions.

\* Hours: Regular working hours are 7 AM - 4 PM US Pacific Time.

\* Location: This is a remote position. All meetings will be conducted virtually.

\* Training: We’ll provide and pay for your training to ensure you’re set up for success.
