We’re looking for an exceptional Prospecting Campaign Manager to join our growing team immediately! If that’s you, fill out all required fields to get started.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage a team of AI Prospectors, Callers, and support staff across all prospecting functions
Oversee end-to-end cold email campaign management, including campaign creation, inbox management, and clean-up
Ensure campaign performance by monitoring metrics and implementing adjustments for optimal deliverability and conversion
Supervise domain and sender account health, working closely with IT to manage deployment and warm-up
Manage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Managers, and the IT team
Provide real-time coaching and support to the team on campaign strategy, tools, and best practices
Train team members on platforms such as SmartLead, MailReach, MailMeteor, Thunderbird, and Notion
Monitor and analyze daily updates on domain status and campaign progress
Ensure campaigns follow compliance protocols and meet internal standards for lead quality
Lead the reporting and communication process for campaign insights and technical escalations
Stay up to date with cold email trends, AI outreach tools, and email deliverability best practices
Perform any other tasks as needed to improve the team’s performance and results
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of The VA Group
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team in lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting
- Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing outbound campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Working knowledge of cold email platforms (e.g., SmartLead, SuperWave), spam checkers (MailMeteor), and deliverability tools (MailReach)
- Ability to lead campaign strategy discussions and translate marketing goals into outreach workflows
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proactive, data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email copy review and optimization
- Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs) for content variation
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and navigating cross-functional dependencies

- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
