Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to play a critical role in driving performance, productivity, and consistency across our global sales organization. This individual will build and scale a world-class onboarding bootcamp, lead ongoing enablement initiatives, and align closely with cross-functional teams to support our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—someone who thrives in building from the ground up and is passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, launch, and manage a structured sales onboarding program, including a multi-week bootcamp to accelerate new hire ramp time.
- Design, develop, and deliver enablement content and training that supports the full sales lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted enablement solutions.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of new sales tools, processes, and GTM strategies through effective training and change management.
- Define and track KPIs to measure program success, continuously iterating to improve outcomes.
- Align enablement efforts with sales goals to drive performance and impact.
- Maintain an enablement calendar that reflects evolving business priorities.
- Support frontline sales managers with enablement tools, coaching frameworks, and leadership training.
- Manage logistics for onboarding and coordinate cross-functional training contributors.
- Support other enablement initiatives as needed to meet departmental and organizational goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or B2B sales leadership in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven success building onboarding or enablement programs from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to align enablement programs to revenue and productivity outcomes.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking program effectiveness.
- Experience with Salesforce and enablement platforms such as SharePoint and Docebo (strongly preferred).
- Passion for empowering sellers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
