THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Enablement to join our sales leadership team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize sales productivity across our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and sales operations to ensure our sales organization is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively communicate our value proposition. The Sales Enablement leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies to accelerate revenue growth and drive sales effectiveness across Ncontracts’ integrated GRC software portfolio.

YOU WILL

  • Develop and execute strategic enablement initiatives with the specific goal of ensuring at least 70% of sales representatives meet or exceed quota targets
  • Design and implement targeted training programs that enhance product knowledge, objection handling, competitive positioning, and industry expertise
  • Oversee the creation, communication and management of high-impact sales materials, including presentations, proposals, case studies, and competitive intelligence that directly address financial institution and financial services pain points, aligning with the sales needs identified by sales leadership
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales enablement technologies to support efficient sales processes and accurate forecasting
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new sales hires with clear ramp-to-quota timelines and ongoing coaching initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and training needs based on sales performance metrics
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and CRM best practices to improve pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • Supervise the development of competitive positioning strategies and battle cards, particularly for key modules like Third Party Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance Management and Lending Compliance
  • Design, manage and measure sales enablement tool usage and impact on the sales process, making continual evolution driving the correct revenue outcomes
  • Lead SKO and MKO content and training curriculum
  • Drive ongoing reinforcement and training to support the Day in the Life of all existing Sales roles.
  • Audit existing tools for relevance, effectiveness, and impact to the Sales and/or Customer success organization. Present proposals and lead execution on new software implementation to meet key business priorities. Execute a strategy to sunset any redundant or ineffective tools.
  • Lead the development of systems and tool training curriculum to onboard New Hires as well as resource materials to be used at all levels of the Sales organization
  • Partner with sales leaders cross functionally to assure program adoption

YOU BRING

  • 7-10 (+) plus years of professional experience in Training, Partner or Sales Management
  • Strong understanding and experience with Learning Management Systems and other enablement tools
  • Minimum of 3 (+) plus years of Sales experience preferably in SaaS / IT environment
  • A polished communicator with significant exposure influencing senior leadership as key stakeholders and constituents
  • Ability to work from a strategic perspective, developing creative, innovative and visionary approaches to System training
  • Familiar with adult learning and coaching concepts
  • Thorough understanding of tools (SFDC, Highspot, Gong, Outreach, SharePoint, etc), and sales processes/terminology.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of modern sales technologies, CRM systems, and enablement tools
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

  • Improve sales productivity metrics (time to first deal, win rates, sales cycle length)
  • Increase average products per customer through targeted enablement
  • Achieve 90%+ adoption of sales tools and methodologies
  • Deliver measurable improvement in sales team confidence scores

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $140,000 to $160,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
