We make money through premium sponsorships, branded content, and integrated marketing programs. Our sales team manages the entire sales process, from strategy to closing high-value accounts. We collaborate with our marketing, operations, account management, and product teams to grow these strategic partnerships.

Internally, we use automation for our go-to-market strategy. This involves software engineering and revenue operations to create automated workflows for lead routing, enriching data, AI-driven research, and outreach. We’ve built systems to instantly qualify and route inbound leads, using internal AI agents to support our sales team. Data analytics are crucial to our GTM strategy. We integrate our CRM, media, and internal systems to track performance, optimize campaigns, model growth, and manage pricing and territories. We were recognized as an Inc. We are a 100% remote company, with our team spread across the US and Canada. We have 11-50 employees. Compensation is competitive. On-Target Earnings (OTE) vary by role, for example: $240,000–$300,000 OTE (⁵⁰⁄₅₀ base + incentive split), $150,000–$250,000, $145,000–$200,000 OTE. Salary ranges such as $95,000–$110,000 are also offered, depending on the position.
