Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through outbound outreach using Instantly and other channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and potential
Manage leads, activities, and deal progress within Pipedrive
Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients
Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to optimize messaging and hand-offs
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Experience with Pipedrive, Instantly, or similar CRM and outreach tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with a passion for hitting goals
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
