š¼Ā What Youāll Do
- Own and manage theĀ full sales cycleĀ for complex Fire Life Safety construction projects
- Develop and execute territory plans targetingĀ general/electrical contractorsĀ and strategic accounts
- Schedule meetings, qualify opportunities, and build strong rapport with decision-makers
- Lead the creation ofĀ financial justifications, proposals, and client presentations
- Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to scope and detail system solutions
- Provide ongoing account management and maintain regular client contact for retention and upselling
- Track pipeline activity and deliver performance metrics weekly and monthly
- Represent the brand atĀ industry trade shows, demos, and customer events

š§Ā Technical Expertise Required
- 5+ yearsā experienceĀ sellingĀ complex Fire Alarm Systems over $500K
- MinimumĀ 3 yearsā experience in construction sales
- Familiarity withĀ fire life safety codes, permitting, and compliance
- Ability toĀ read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Proven success working with general/electrical contractors and end users
- Strong background inĀ DCS, PLC, HMI, and safety system integrationĀ is a plus
- Simplex system experienceĀ highly preferred
