šŸ’¼Ā What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage theĀ full sales cycleĀ for complex Fire Life Safety construction projects
  • Develop and execute territory plans targetingĀ general/electrical contractorsĀ and strategic accounts
  • Schedule meetings, qualify opportunities, and build strong rapport with decision-makers
  • Lead the creation ofĀ financial justifications, proposals, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to scope and detail system solutions
  • Provide ongoing account management and maintain regular client contact for retention and upselling
  • Track pipeline activity and deliver performance metrics weekly and monthly
  • Represent the brand atĀ industry trade shows, demos, and customer events

šŸ”§Ā Technical Expertise Required

  • 5+ years’ experienceĀ sellingĀ complex Fire Alarm Systems over $500K
  • MinimumĀ 3 years’ experience in construction sales
  • Familiarity withĀ fire life safety codes, permitting, and compliance
  • Ability toĀ read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
  • Proven success working with general/electrical contractors and end users
  • Strong background inĀ DCS, PLC, HMI, and safety system integrationĀ is a plus
  • Simplex system experienceĀ highly preferred
