Role Objectives

Join our dynamic team as a German Google Ads Sales Executive, where you’ll drive growth for our valued clients in the German market. We’re seeking a resilient individual to focus on providing exceptional service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. If you have a proven sales track record, excel at building relationships quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients from the German market, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions.

  • Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support.

  • Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques.

  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives.

  • Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.

  • Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a field that demonstrates transferable skills.

  • C2 level of German and a high level of English(both written and spoken).

  • Proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly.

  • Strong resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience working with targets and achieving high-volume sales results.

  • Prior experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving client issues and enhancing their experience, is highly valued.

  • Strong customer-facing experience, particularly in a service-focused capacity.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.

  • Full-time (39 hours/week)Β hybrid position in BarcelonaΒ with a salary of 24,310€ gross/year + up to 4,290€ gross/year in bonus
