Sales Management Trainee (Mandarin Bilingual Required)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Management Trainees to join our team. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to make a significant impact in a global business environment. You will gain comprehensive exposure to our product lifecycle, sales operations, and customer engagement strategies, with a clear path towards a technical sales role.

Profile:

We are seeking candidates with strong bilingual capabilities in Mandarin and a deep understanding of Chinese culture, to support international communications both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Advanced/Specialty Materials (e.g., Materials Science/Engineering) or have 0–2 years of related experience, and an interest in pursuing a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product features, advantages, and market positioning. Become proficient in our new product development and sales processes.
  • Customer Engagement & Sales Cycle Management: Actively monitor customer needs and dynamics. Accompany local sales leadership on customer visits and meticulously track the entire sales cycle, from quotation and contract drafting to signing, execution, and payment collection.
  • Market Intelligence & Relationship Building: Continuously monitor market trends and gather customer feedback. Cultivate strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our sales business scope.
  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing diligent post-sales follow-up and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduate.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates from Materials or Engineering majors.
  • Demonstrated strong market insight and excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  • High willingness to learn, adaptability, and readiness to travel for business as required.
  • Outgoing personality, goal-oriented, passionate about sales, and eager to embrace challenges.

Work Arrangement:

  • This position offers flexibility for remote/home-based work.
