THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SMB Sales Manager to our SMB Sales team in São Paulo!

YOUR IMPACT

Revenue Generation: As the Manager of the inside sales team, the SMB Client Sales Leader plays a crucial role. The SMB Sales Leader ensures that the sales team effectively identifies and converts new leads into new clients. By implementing effective sales strategies and focusing on acquiring new business, they significantly contribute to the company’s overall financial health and growth.

Team Leadership: The SMB Client Sales Leader is instrumental in fostering a high-performance sales culture. They mentor and develop their team, instilling sales best practices, promoting skill development, and creating an environment that encourages team members to meet and exceed their sales targets.

Data-Driven Decision Making & KPI Management: The SMB Sales Leader uses data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decisions and strategies, directly impacting new business acquisition and Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth in the SMB segment. They track and analyze relevant metrics such as lead conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, average deal size, leads needed per inside sales, and inside sales productivity and capacity. These data-driven insights not only measure the success of sales activities but also identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: The SMB Client Sales Leader collaborates with other departments, aligning sales goals with company objectives. They unify efforts with cross-areas, focusing on overcoming results and SMB New MRR Growth.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in B2B Closers team, answering a high number of leads in the SB range (<100 FTEs).
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Experience managing inside sales teams selling by phone, with required ability to manage sales chat teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, including driving business growth and leveraging KPIs for business and team advancement.
  • Proven record in setting and aggressively driving KPIs, balancing various interests, and implementing systems (reports and dashboards) to track key activities for successful sales processes.
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders, internally and externally, with a keen ability to understand and address client and team needs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, ideally with experience in SMB SaaS B2B or a similar business, and a demonstrated ability to support others in their sales processes.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, including analyzing past performance and calculating potential impacts on forecasts.
  • Experience working autonomously and making decisions with a clear understanding of their impact on the business, using a data-driven mindset for resource allocation, and maintaining alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • Experience in SMB Sales (Preference: SB 20-100 FTEs).
  • Salesforce CRM and Sales SaaS experience.
  • Knowledge of managing and building reports and dashboards using Excel, BI, or Salesforce is needed.
