We are a medical device company established in 2016, dedicated to improving kidney stone treatment for patients. We focus on addressing this common condition.

Our primary product is the CVAC System, our all-in-one kidney stone treatment. This system enables the SURE (Steerable Ureteroscopic Renal Evacuation) Procedure, a minimally invasive treatment. The SURE procedure uses laser lithotripsy, irrigation, and vacuum aspiration to clear stones. The CVAC System performs ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, microjet irrigation, dynamic aspiration, and stone collection. A randomized controlled trial showed the SURE Procedure, using the CVAC System, cleared 97% of stones, outperforming standard ureteroscopy.

We develop Class-II medical devices and comply with regulatory standards such as FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, and other global regulations. Our focus includes software quality, design controls, risk management, and cybersecurity. Our operations include developing intellectual property strategies, sales, and clinical education for our products. We also use biostatistics throughout the medical device product lifecycle for evidence generation and regulatory submissions.
