Key Responsibilities
- Process Oversight: Oversee the processing of all sales orders, from initial receipt from the sales team to final handover to operations, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet company standards.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve a team member between sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth transitions of client deals and clear communication across departments.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to reduce errors and optimise the accuracy of order details.
- Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or process management role, preferably as a team leader.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising between multiple departments.
- Proficient in CRM and ERP software, with strong overall computer skills.
