If youâre keen to join, weâre looking for a Sales Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.
Youâll be supporting our the operations of our Sales team while working closely with the Global Outbound Sales Manager and the go-to-market crew at Lightspeed. In this role you’ll build a solid understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile and help generate high-quality leads for our global sales team. You’ll handle a high volume of work with accuracy, communicate clearly across Slack, email, and phone, and deliver top-notch support to all stakeholders. If you’re organized, motivated, and keen to get stuck into a fast-moving role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What youâll be doing:
- Qualify potential customers and leads for our global field sales and sales development teams
- Help grow our Total Addressable Market (TAM) by researching and adding detailed business and contact info
- Create targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile
- Clean up and update contact and business data in our CRM
- Become a go-to expert for CRM usage and help maintain clean, reliable data
- Pull together and visualise data to create meaningful reports that support key business decisions
- Lend a hand to the Leadership team with occasional admin support when needed
What you need to bring:
We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an admin or customer service role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skillsâyou know how to keep things clear and professional
Our hiring process is very straightforward. Youâll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila’s heavy traffic!
