Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week on-site)
Salary Range: USD $36,000-48,000 + commission

Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in the growth of POS systems by developing relationships and building sales in the restaurant & hospitality industry
- Support company culture while presenting and selling restaurant tech services
- Collaborate with Channel Sales Manager and IT teams to ensure service excellence
- Lead inside and outside sales efforts to meet sales goals
- Conduct sales calls to new and existing customers (including up-selling)
- Identify prospects and leads, attend trade shows
- Analyze and report on market trends (prices, competition, customers)
- Identify specific customer needs
- Assist customers with technical support (testing and onboarding)
- Coordinate customer specification completion during onboarding
- Generate written reports
- Support strategic business development initiatives
- Follow up on new sales from negotiation through contract and implementation
- Maintain accurate client information using Salesforce
- Represent the company professionally through responsive client interactions
Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume sales cycles
- Ability to build and leverage internal partnerships
- 2+ years in Software/Restaurant Equipment Sales or Credit Card processing industry
- Experience in start-up environments
- Willingness to occasionally work weekends
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Consultative solution selling experience
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively support a predominantly Mandarin-speaking client base.
