Job Summary
As a Salesforce Architect (16267), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Architect, develop and implement custom Salesforce and GTM tech stack solutions using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web components to meet complex business requirements.
- Lead the design and development of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, Zapier, or similar) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks for defined projects and upgrades.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce/GTM systems development standards.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, system design principles, and coding standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
- Support the access management programs for internal and external users.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- Professional/ Advanced English skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data modeling, schema design, and data migration strategies within Salesforce, and with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or other third-party ETL tools relevant to the GTM tech stack.
- Experience with AI-powered tools and development and utilization of AI-functionality within the GTM tech stack.
- Salesforce Developer certification, Platform Developer I and II preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (continuous integration and delivery) tools and practices for Salesforce/GTM Systems deployments.
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
- Active in the Salesforce community.
