Requirements
- Enthusiastic, professional, confident and be willing to learn new technologies and skills
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous client projects
- Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
- Minimum 12 months Salesforce experience
- Firsthand exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds
- Experience of configuring Salesforce; building custom objects, flows, lightning, page layouts, reporting and data loading
- Experience in Requirements Gathering and Project Lifecycle
- Building training materials and delivering training
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on the Salesforce CRM platform
- Configure and build out customer business processes
- Work alongside senior staff, carrying out workshops, requirements gathering, configuration and delivering training to customers
