Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, professional, confident and be willing to learn new technologies and skills
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous client projects
  • Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
  • Minimum 12 months Salesforce experience
  • Firsthand exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Experience of configuring Salesforce; building custom objects, flows, lightning, page layouts, reporting and data loading
  • Experience in Requirements Gathering and Project Lifecycle
  • Building training materials and delivering training

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Configure and build out customer business processes
  • Work alongside senior staff, carrying out workshops, requirements gathering, configuration and delivering training to customers
