Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with 7-9 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional roles. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding and implementing SCM modules, with significant experience in Transportation Management and Advanced Warehouse Management. This role requires a proactive individual who has successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations and has demonstrated the ability to manage direct client interactions and complex customizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules for various clients, ensuring best practices and adherence to industry standards.

  • Design, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 SCM solutions to meet specific business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Oversee data migration, data management, and integration processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of client data.

  • Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, and create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

  • Analyze and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 SCM, providing technical support and solutions to clients.

  • Stay current with the latest features and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM to continuously propose improvements and enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar ERP systems, with at least two end-to-end implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of SCM functional modules, including:

  • Managing inventory levels, locations, and movements to optimize stock and reduce waste.

  • Transportation Management: Planning, executing, and optimizing the physical movement of goods.

  • Advanced Warehouse Management: Managing complex warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory tracking, and warehouse layout optimization.

  • Procurement and Sourcing: Handling procure-to-pay processes, supplier management, and purchase orders.

  • Sales and Marketing (Order to Cash): Managing sales orders, customer relationships, and the entire order fulfilment process.

  • Product Information Management: Maintaining accurate and comprehensive product data to support all supply chain activities.

  • Experience working in core logistical and manufacturing business processes such as Procurement, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, and Inventory management including Inventory Transactions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address complex customizations and integrations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven experience in managing direct client interactions and understanding customer requirements to deliver workable solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of SCM modules and processes.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and methodologies such as LCS, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate is an advantage.
