Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a SEM Specialist at NAS Recruitment Innovation , an M3 company.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Oversee all SEM campaigns within the organization to ensure consistent set up, execution and management with best practices followed.
- Proactively raise opportunities to Client Service team to improve performance or adjust approaches to deliver better results.
- Work collaboratively with the Digital team to ensure strategies and campaigns yield the best performance to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Support internal training on educating Client Service team on strategy capabilities and enhancements, while also creating/updating ongoing sales resources.
- Manage performance report execution to ensure all deliverables is timely, accurate and continually providing value to client and client services.
- Ensure all campaigns have consistent set up with best practices followed and the unique approach is aligned to client objectives.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activity for various clients within the platform to include updating links, managing ongoing bids, spend tracking, and proper tracking code campaign set-up.
- Support Client Service team on client presentations as SME on positioning and managing campaigns for new or existing clients, focusing on opportunity to upsell/grow campaigns month-over-month.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs; use data to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Demonstrable experience managing SEM, programmatic media, social media and/or display advertising
- Google Certified
- Two (2) Year’s experience in recruitment media or recruitment marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing ecosystems, media performance dynamics, and cost models associated with marketing channels
- Fundamental understanding of various industry technologies including applicant tracking systems, job distribution services, analytical tracking, etc.
- Proven expertise managing detailed projects and activities across multiple clients
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and results in order to optimize and improve campaign performance
- Flexibility to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced industry
