Responsibilities:
Create AAA-quality character models from high-poly sculpts to optimized game assets with a strong focus on sci-fi/hard-surface design
Own the visual bar: ensure all work meets the project’s hyper-realistic standards and style
Collaborate with the Lead on aligning on vision, iterating fast, and delivering on time
Share techniques, document best practices
Stay sharp in mastering new tools, pipelines, and artistic techniques
5+ years as a 3D Character Artist in AAA games.
Your topology is clean, your textures are filthy (in the best way).
