Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Colleagues and clients recognize a Senior Account Director as a leader and you serve as a line manager and mentor to the Client Services team. You will be the main strategic contact for your clients, collaborating with them to help achieve their publication goals and applying your expertise in drug development and commercialization. You will manage the financial performance of multiple accounts and serve as a Client Services lead for business development activities and overseeing new business wins. You will also be passionate about getting the best out of your team, motivating them to achieve their goals, and nurturing them for future success.
About you:
You will be a highly motivated, inspirational, and results-driven individual, with an accomplished track record of 8-10+ years in Healthcare Communications and working knowledge of publications projects, and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. In addition, you can plan, execute, and direct all facets of a comprehensive strategic healthcare communications plan. The ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a wider team is key to the success of our Senior Account Directors. We need fresh thinkers who can work strategically and use sound judgement to make decisions. Energy, innovation, and enthusiasm are essential!

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
Compensation
$130,000—$140,000 USD
