As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Sales & Partner leadership, focusing on strategic planning, sales optimization, all things GTM, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, & Finance – to drive performance, streamline processes, and support scalable growth initiatives. This high-impact role thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and offers visibility across the organization, including executive leadership. Projects will span both strategic and operational efforts such as go-to-market (GTM) planning, territory alignment, PRM (Partner Relationship Management) optimization, data quality improvement, sales pipeline management, market segmentation, and business performance reviews. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a startup mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Act as a strategic partner across go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive alignment and visibility across the revenue organization
- Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, health metrics)
- Drive forecasting accuracy and coordinate regular forecast meetings with sales leadership
- Oversee key aspects of revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning
- Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment, pipeline hygiene, and sales productivity
- Define KPIs and build dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution
- Surface insights and partner with leaders that shape our sales strategies
- Partner with Finance to align compensation plans and quota-setting with strategic goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and eliminate friction points in the buyer journey
- Support executive and board-level reporting with performance insights, trends, and forward-looking projections
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven expertise in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex business problems and translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing high-impact projects under tight deadlines
- Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL or similar data query tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
$90,000 - $100,000 a year

At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $100,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
