Mitratech is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our broader Revenue Operations team. This role is focused on M&A integration efforts related to our go-to-market (GTM) teams and strategy. The ideal candidate should understand and thrive in a high-velocity deal environment. You will work collaboratively with teams spanning Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and other relevant teams. This team is highly visible and will be heavily relied upon for critical projects and deal closures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary focus is integration efforts for our Salesforce (SFDC) instance
Review, validate and or create relevant object data within SFDC as assigned
Follow and help update guides, visuals, and other supporting documentation
Take part in enhancing and improving related processes
Escalate critical challenges within in the owned processes and systems to leadership
Ensure outcome of tasks are aligned with company standards and goals
Contribute to scaling related governance practices
Regularly communicate with leadership for project updates
Perform reconciliations of created/updated data and correct if needed
Subject matter expert (SME) for the processes and tools used in role
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in operations, deal desk, data integrity, finance, and/or business analytics
Experience within Private Equity high-growth fast paced technology companies
Comfortable with communicating and presenting to senior or executive leadership
Experience structuring and escalating complex business situations for review or approval
Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units
Technically Savvy with understanding of SFDC, CPQ and Microsoft/Google suite
Excellent attention to detail
Strategic thinking and ability to execute tactically
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously
Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm
Team-oriented and empathetic
Professional self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to navigate ambiguity
Desire to simplify complex solutions and processes
Education:
- Bachelorβs Degree required
