- Minimum 10 years of hands-on technical experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies
- Proven architect-level expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Intune for device and application lifecycle management
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including security baselines, threat detection, attack surface reduction, and policy tuning
- Proficient in deploying and managing Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Microsoft 365 security services
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage Entra ID Join/Hybrid Join scenarios within complex hybrid identity environments
- Deep experience creating and managing Conditional Access policies aligned to Zero Trust architecture principles
- Advanced skills in application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management, including custom and third-party applications
- Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MEMCM) in co-management and migration scenarios
- Experience managing and integrating Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops with Microsoft Intune for unified endpoint management
- Hands-on experience managing iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices via Intune MDM and MAM
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and manage Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Samsung Knox platforms
- Strong understanding of corporate data protection across mobile endpoints, including app protection policies and secure access
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating system features, group policies, and security configuration tools (e.g., Microsoft Security Baselines, CIS Benchmarks)
- Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR), local admin control, and hardening practices for modern workstations
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Demonstrated presales expertise with a strong track record in developing comprehensive and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), including scoping, effort estimation, and aligning technical solutions to client business needs
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including:
- Group Policy creation and maintenance
- Domain functional level upgrades
- Inter-forest and intra-forest Active Directory migrations
- Expert-level understanding of identity and access management, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Modern authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across cloud and on-prem applications

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING
Our Professional Services Team is fast-paced, nimble and stands for excellence. You will be a vital part of this team. This role is for someone who loves variety and is passionate about growing a career as a world-class consultant. You will be responsible for pre-sales, delivery and assisting with the continued growth of our US practice. Your main responsibilities include:
Technical leadership and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft projects
Delivery and technical architecture for Microsoft Modern Workplace services
Working remotely to deliver projects for our clients
Demonstrate leadership in a project from start to finish. From managing customers’ timelines, adoption, track usage and building relationships
Documentation including scopes of work, design documents, as-built documents etc.
Owning customer success
Assisting with the development, enhancement, and documentation of Insentra methodologies for Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
Mentoring, supporting, and developing Insentra consultants
Work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes and make our customers raging fans

Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals in Australia, UK, and USA.
