Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, Advisor, you help service professionals (our Pros) learn the skills of how to run a business to become a great CEO. You guide them through a year-long Foundations program that covers critical business topics such as profitability, systems, sales, and leadership. In this role, you lead cohort sessions and one-on-one coaching conversations that empower our Pros to overcome challenges, become stronger leaders, and celebrate big wins.
You are excited to be on the front lines of real business transformation. Immersing yourself in the growth journeys of small business owners, you accelerate your own learning and development alongside a high-performing, mission-driven team.

What you do each day:
- Facilitate up to 10 cohort sessions per week with groups of 10–12 service professionals
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Pros before new cohorts and as needed during the program
- Support fellow Advisors’ cohorts as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for all Pros and contributing to a culture of team-wide reliability
- Lead workshops that enhance the curriculum and deepen business learning
- Stay current with curriculum updates, certifications, and best practices in business coaching
- Keep up with new product features and how Pros can best utilize them
- Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance the Foundations curriculum and coaching strategy
- Actively implement coaching feedback to sharpen skills and improve session delivery
- Cultivate strong relationships with Pros, celebrating wins and supporting through challenges
- Prioritize Pro success by showing up early, staying late, and ensuring no Pro is left behind
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, or ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience working with or understanding the home services industry is a plus
Confident presenting and coaching via Zoom
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredWhat will help you succeed in this role

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected on target earnings range for this role is $70,000-$78,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
