In this key role, you’ll partner with cross-functional internal and external teams to elicit, interpret, and capture business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria. You will help prioritise these requirements based on business value and alignment with strategic outcomes. Throughout the change lifecycle, expect to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions effectively address business needs. This role will also play a critical role in bridging communication between operational and technical teams, acting as a translator where needed, and be empowered to challenge and influence decisions to maintain alignment with overall business strategy and delivery plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and managing small-scale change initiatives.

This is a home-based role within the UK, however occasional travel across our GB and European Supply Chain network will be required, so flexibility with travel is required.

Fluency in both English and French is essential, as this role involves regular interaction with teams and stakeholders across multiple European regions.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Support change initiatives by documenting processes and identifying impacts.
  • Planning and managing small scale change where needed.
  • Ensure personal knowledge and exposure to business change opportunities remains up to date, appropriate and relevant.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.
  • To work within internal project delivery governance processes, with familiarity of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including supply chain planners, logistics experts, IT developers, and third-party vendors—to design and implement technology-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance visibility, and support strategic decision-making across the supply chain network.

About you:

Experience as a Technology Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale projects involving business process and technology changes is required, preferably within the Supply Chain technology domain areas such as: Planning, Forecast, Demand, Vendor Portals and / or a FMCG / wholesale / retail environment. Fluent with written and verbal communication in both English and French language is essential.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders through positive and proactive engagement. With excellent communication and questioning skills, enabling you to extract detailed requirements and insights effectively. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills is required to clearly present and document information tailored to project needs. A strong analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think both tactically and strategically, offering practical solutions to complex problems. Experienced in identifying risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and suggesting appropriate mitigation strategies. You’ll also demonstrate leadership by guiding and coaching peers in similar roles and will be comfortable taking initiative and leading with minimal supervision. With solid Business Analyst experience in a technology-driven environment, you will have previously supported the successful delivery of large-scale projects involving both business process and technology change. Proficiency in Business Analyst tools and techniques, with experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies, is essential.

You can expect to receive a competitive salary, cash car allowance, enrolment into the Sysco pension scheme, private medical health care and a range of flexible discounts and benefits you can opt into.
