Founded in 2002, we provide a unified commerce platform for multi-unit chain restaurants globally. We help restaurant brands increase sales, personalize experiences, and improve guest engagement and retention by boosting revenue and operational efficiencies.

Our platform processes nearly 50 million digital orders annually. This includes online and mobile ordering, delivery solutions, and in-store options like kiosks. For marketing, we offer coupons, promotions, loyalty programs, and multi-channel communication tools. We also use proprietary AI and machine learning to provide data science capabilities, including actionable insights, conversion optimization, and predictive analytics.

We work with over 100 global and regional brands, including Burger King, Baskin-Robbins, Godfather’s Pizza, Jollibee, and Pollo Campero. We support more than 40,000 restaurant locations across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. Our focus areas include mobile ordering, digital commerce, delivery management, and loyalty programs within the restaurant technology and software development industry.

We are a team of 201-500 employees, with teams collaborating across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. We have offices in Los Angeles and San Diego, with remote operations in the United States, France, Germany, Portugal, and Spain.

For full-time U.S. employees, this includes healthcare and dependent care reimbursement programs, an Employee Assistance Program, and 10 paid holidays annually. PTO starts at 15 days in the first year, increasing to 22 days in subsequent years. We also provide a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions and eligibility for our stock option plan.

In Portugal, employees receive health insurance (with premiums covered), meal and home/office allowances, up to 20 federal and local holidays, and up to 22 vacation days per year.
