The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us during a period of scaling to help grow our team!

You’ll own the scaling of our high-impact teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service with potential stretch into Product and Design, delivering amazing hiring experiences and supporting Leonardo’s B2B and B2C growth as a global GenAI leader.

If you have substantial experience in hiring for B2B tech/SaaS, particularly within go-to-market functions, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full-cycle hiring process across multiple commercial roles from briefing to offer.

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and influence hiring strategies.

  • Create sourcing plans that uncover exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds, balancing speed with quality.

  • Champion a consistently excellent and human candidate experience — from first touch to final offer.

  • Leverage data, feedback, and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.

  • Proactively map markets and nurture pipelines for current and future roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Work closely with the broader team to drive process improvements and hiring excellence.

Skills We Like:

  • Solid experience working in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on commercial roles outside of software engineering - ideally hiring quota‑carrying Sales roles and Marketing specialists.

  • Highly skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making through data and insight.

  • Strong understanding of how to put representation, diversity and inclusion at the centre of hiring processes.

  • Take pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and communicating with clarity and empathy.

  • Experienced in sourcing candidates to build strong pipelines for roles and identifying passive talent.

  • Confident user of applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones - we’d love it if you have experience working on US roles.
