Summary
Join ISN Corporation as a Senior Consultant/Field Review Team Leader and help oversee Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews for the Ginnie Mae MBS program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages and securities programs, with at least eight years' experience in compliance reviews or audits.
Requirements
- Must have a demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages and securities programs
- Must have performed work in the areas of audit and/or compliance as it relates to the mortgage industry and securities programs
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) years' experience completing tasks associated with a compliance review or audit, and acting in a lead or supervisory role in directing a compliance review or audit team
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews
- Conduct AdHoc Analysis, Forensic Analysis, and Default Analysis of issuers participating in the Ginnie Mae MBS program
