Join ISN Corporation as an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support a Head Start Contract, utilizing expertise in the Head Start program and its Performance Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 6+ years related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Perform Peer Review of all program performance areas included but not limited to on-going child file monitoring, facility environment, work order completion and the completion of required paperwork
- Rotate center(s) and perform Peer Review assignments to establish continuity
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Align Head Start monitoring and Peer Review aspects of job with the Head Start program goals and expected child and family outcomes
