Who will love this job
- A linguist - clear and concise writing is your go-to, and you know that visual layout can make or break a concept

- A collaborator - you love working through design problems with a cross-functional team and are open and thoughtful with giving and receiving feedback
- A communicator - you have an understanding of working with a product team, which allows you to work effortlessly with developers, designers, and product managers
- An innovator - you’re able to use language to help communicate the perfect concept but also are realistic and iterative about the state of the app
What you’ll do
- Craft content tailored for end users, encompassing product text, in-app tutorials, and support guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, driving high-impact projects from inception to completion
- Develop and advocate for a cohesive content philosophy, ensuring alignment and securing stakeholder support before executing
- Analyze and leverage software development lifecycle insights, from interpreting product requirements and wireframes to understanding iterative go-to-market strategies
- Uphold and integrate industry-leading standards and processes to guarantee top-tier user content and translation
- Engage in user research sessions and workshops, harnessing diverse resources to inform and refine content strategy
- Drive customer retention by ensuring feature adoption through a seamless user experience
You should have

- Experience with localization tools to ensure copy is easily translatable and suitable for global audiences
- Ability to quickly simplify complex information for non-technical audiences, including taking in information from multiple sources and making well-reasoned decisions
- A proactive attitude towards feedback, including seeking, receiving and incorporating stakeholder feedback, research, and user analytics without ego
- Optimism and resilience during the ever-changing product development lifecycle
- Inquisitiveness; the ability to ask specific questions to learn more information to more deeply understand user pain points, needs, and their impact on your content
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience using Generative AI to help craft and refine content
- Your own unique talents - if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell use why you’d be a fit for this role in your cover letter
