Come join our Technical Interview Content team
Our Content team is committed to creating high-quality technical interview questions that are used to assess engineering talent around the world. Working in various technical domains, we produce new interview questions (known internally as “content”) on a weekly basis and are responsible for the writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring of all Karat content.
What you will do
As a Senior Content Solutions Engineer at Karat, you will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across engineering role types (data science, software engineering, etc.). You will also meet and discuss Karat’s content capabilities with prospects and clients.
- Use your engineering knowledge to produce technical interview content in a variety of subject domains, leveraging modern technology, including generative AI
- Partner with our Sales and Client teams as a subject matter expert to present Karat’s content capabilities to prospects and clients, including onsite visits within India
- Work with our Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients
- Review and iterate on Karat’s interview guidelines for conduct and scoring to ensure fairness and consistency as interview formats adapt for AI usage
- Work with our interview Delivery team to revamp interview engineer onboarding
The experience you will bring
Required:
- 5+ of post-academic experience as a software engineer, with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language
- Experience participating in Sales calls, including discussing solutions with prospects and clients.
- Experience working with Generative AI solutions, such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Experience working remotely with global teams
- Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines
Preferred and/or a Plus:
- Experience conducting technical interviews
- Project, product, or program management experience
- High-growth, quick change startup experience
- Professional working experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or another agentic AI solution for software development
This position is only available to candidates residing in Bengaluru (formerly known as Bangalore). While our team operates 100% remotely , we are currently limiting hiring to this specific location. Applications from other cities in India will not be considered at this time.
