Overview

About the Role

As a CPQ Solution Architect, you will be at the heart of transforming our Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system into an advanced, scalable solution that serves the needs of multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance teams. This role requires gaining a deep understanding of our current CPQ implementation, to then identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design new systems that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our processes. Your work will serve as the foundation for seamless integrations and scalable revenue operations.

If you’re innovative, strategic, and passionate about creating solutions that work for a variety of business needs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant organizational impact.

This role is part of the Business Systems Team, a dedicated group tasked with supporting and evolving Salesforce Sales processes. This team works cross-functionally to ensure that Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions align with enterprise goals, integrate seamlessly with other tools, and deliver a cohesive experience for all stakeholders. As a key member of this team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive transformations while collaborating with highly skilled professionals in a supportive environment.
