As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (PPC), you’ll:
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more
- Strategically design and continuously optimize campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions
- Manage full campaign setup: in-depth keyword research, budget allocation, and ad asset coordination
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS and CPA
- Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and attribution to refine strategies
- Identify and test new opportunities to scale campaigns and improve efficiency
- Present actionable reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, product, and finance teams for integrated execution
- Monitor competitors and apply emerging trends to campaign strategies
- Own high-impact projects, solving challenges in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning
We expect:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of driving results in high-volume e-commerce campaigns
- Demonstrated success managing large-budget campaigns (>$1M/year), optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Proficient across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and automation solutions
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data and making data-informed strategic decisions
- Solid grasp of bidding strategies, keyword management, attribution models, and campaign architecture
- Clear and effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams and presents performance insights confidently
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a broader team
- Creative mindset with strong judgment in crafting ad copy and visual elements that perform
- Highly organized, able to manage time well, and confident juggling multiple responsibilities
- Positive, self-motivated, and full of fresh ideas to drive performance and innovation

Salary range
Gross salary from 3300 – 4200 EUR/Month, depending on your experience
