Join our AI Center of Excellence and contribute to the development of education and training programs that empower customers, partners, and employees with the knowledge to fully harness AI-driven solutions. As an AI Knowledge Specialist, you will create and maintain learning materials, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure educational content remains accurate, current, and impactful.
The Knowledge Specialist will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the NICE Knowledge Management System (KMS) ensuring that all content is relevant, searchable, and updated in accordance with NICE standards.
How will you make an impact?
Education & Training
- Develop and maintain comprehensive AI education materials, including documentation, online courses, hands-on workshops and best practice technical guides.
- Conduct live and virtual training sessions to enable customers and employees to successfully implement and utilize AI solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product developers, engineers, and customer success teams to stay updated on AI advancements and best practices.
- Stay informed on AI education methodologies and the latest technologies to ensure industry-leading training content.
Knowledge Management & Content Optimization
- Own and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS), ensuring content is searchable, structured, and up to date on AI advancements and best practices.
- Review, edit, and publish knowledge base articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Implement best practices for content tagging, indexing, and version control to enhance accessibility and usability.
- Analyze knowledge base usage metrics to improve efficiency and optimize content for relevance.
- Gather insights and feedback from training participants to refine and enhance learning programs.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, AI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Instructional Design or related field or equivalent experience required.
- Experience- 5- 7 years
- Proven work experience in education, technical training, or instructional design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI concepts preferred.
- Ability to translate complex AI topics into digestible, engaging learning materials for diverse audiences.
- Excellent technical English writing and editing skills.
- Strong client orientation, with an understanding of client needs and concerns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading live training sessions.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint), digital learning tools, and documentation software.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global, collaborative team environment.
- Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as Visio.
