2022年4月に日本法人を設立し、伊奈憲一郎がカントリーマネージャーとして率いる中で、私たちは急速に成長し、さまざまな業界のエンタープライズ企業にとって信頼されるパートナーとなりました。

ソリューションエキスパートとして、カスタマーサクセスチームの一員となり、カスタマーサクセスマネージャーと密接に連携します。
ソリューションエキスパートは、新規クライアントに、Contentsquareプラットフォームの最適な利用と導入を実現するための指導やトレーニングを行います。
また、Contentsquareの製品機能についてより深い理解を築く責任があり、革新的な分析方法をクライアントに広めることが目標です。理想的候補者は優れた問題解決者であり、データのストーリーテリングで輝く洞察提供者です。

日々の業務では、次のようなことを行います：
- 新しいお客様の製品導入を支援し、Contentsquareの製品をスムーズに実装するための技術アドバイザーとして行動します。
- お客様の製品導入と製品展開フェーズにおいて、社内外の関係者の期待値を積極的に管理します。
- コンサルティング視点を持ちながら、積極的にお客様の機能の利用促進とユーザーの利用促進、新製品の認知向上を支援します。
- 主要な製品ユーザーを特定し、カスタマイズされたトレーニングプログラムを構築し、ソリューションの利用を促進し、ユーザーの製品認定試験の合格と自走を支援します。
- お客様とのミーティングに参加し、お客様のビジネスの課題を理解し、Contentsquareが主要な目標とデジタルメトリクスの達成に効果的に役立つよう支援します。
- お客様にContentsquareデータから価値を抽出する方法を助言し、彼らが投資対効果を最大化できるようにします。
- 革新的なアプローチ、ツール、方法論を示しながら、ペルソナや業種に応じてカスタマイズしたワークショップを構築し、新たな価値を提供する。
- お客様の代弁者となり、お客様のニーズを社内のプロダクトチームへ共有する。
「募集要件」：
- 流暢な日本語と基本な英語力（読み書き程度）
- Tech 業界6年以上の経験。テクノロジー／コンサルティング／SaaS／デジタル分野で分析ツールを使用したクライアント対応の経験が2年以上あります。
- 強力なコミュニケーションスキルと顧客を最優先に考える態度を持っています。
- プロジェクトをAからZまで所有し、同時に複数のプロジェクトを管理することに慣れています。
- 「教育者」のアプローチを支持し、対話相手に対して指導を提供しています。
- 異なるクライアントの状況に適応し、最適な解決策を提供する能力を持っています。
- 論理的で分析的な思考、問題解決に対する強い情熱を持っています。
- インターネット、ソフトウェア、テクノロジーに強い興味を持っています。特に、ウェブアナリティクスとウェブサイトの最適化についての良い理解があります。
- デジタルアナリティクス市場について強固な知識を有しています。
