Senior Experience Designer

What’s the role?

As a Senior Experience Designer at Huge, you will be at the forefront of developing a world-class digital product from the ground up, driven by a complete brand redesign. Your role goes beyond solving problems—you will set new industry standards by shaping a seamless web and app experience that brings the new brand identity to life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to craft an internationally recognized digital experience. Beyond hands-on design work, you will have the possibility to mentor junior and mid-level designers, actively contribute to creative ideation, and engage with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, data, technology, and client services, to ensure exceptional execution at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What will you do?

  • Translate visual and brand design into an unforgettable digital experience.
  • Work on both web and app products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and solutions that translate into groundbreaking digital products.
  • Lead by example, producing kick-ass work that sets high standards for original concepts and detailed execution.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences that solve problems and meet project objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights to guide the overall direction of digital design projects.
  • Utilize technology to bring designs to life and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Champion the importance of prototyping and user-centric design principles.
  • Ensure that design solutions not only look gorgeous but also address user needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement that ensures project deadlines and deliverables are met.

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong portfolio showcasing stunning, innovative designs and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design software, especially Figma; Adobe is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Background in projects that involve building a design system from scratch.
  • Ability to translate a brand’s visual identity into a digital product.
  • Skilled in designing for both web and app platforms, recognizing their unique requirements.
  • Capable of turning insights into compelling design solutions.
  • Keen interest in current design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in prototyping.

What’s a plus?

  • Solid grasp of visual design and UI.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM software).
  • Direct client interaction experience
