Job Summary
This individual will join a focused team responsible for collaboration across all business units to lead financial modeling, planning, analytics and reporting for the entirety of Togetherwork. This role will ensure that our financial systems are optimized for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes, enterprise financial systems, and the technical aptitude to support and enhance system functionality in line with business goals. Position reports to the Manager of FP&A.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for financial systems, including ERP (e.g., Intacct, Oracle, Workday) and financial planning tools (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to design, implement, and support system enhancements and integrations.
Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, configuration changes, or development specifications.
Manage and participate in system upgrades, implementations, and testing
Ensure data integrity across financial systems by developing and maintaining controls and performing data reconciliations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with end users or internal teams as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and user guides.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to improve system utilization and reporting capabilities.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes with accurate and timely system data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a blend of financial and technical responsibilities
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems and/or financial planning tools.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
- Prior involvement in ERP or financial system implementations or migrations.
- Experience with SaaS-based financial tools. Experience with Planful is particularly valuable
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Alteryx or other automation / transformation tools

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year
